In November 2010 the first brick was laid for the construction of Russia’s newest city – Ruyan City. The first building will be a lighthouse – the symbol of the Ruyan Company. The first brick in this building will be a brick taken from the Saint Island of Ruyan where the Expedition team set sail from Ruyan, Germany to Kaliningrad, Russia.

The birth of a city is the fruit of collective energy. Our city is ripe. That is why we have pushed forward with building our city. We are those that believe in ourselves, want to and can create, are able to understand and use new technology as well as utilize the wisdom of the world.
